Set up Sidewise

Turn on the compare bar
Activates the floating compare bar and drawer across your storefront. Opens the theme editor — click Save to apply.

Add the “Add to compare” button
Adds the compare button to your product pages. Opens the theme editor on a product template — position it, then click Save.

Map your comparison rows
Pick the product details shoppers should compare. Sidewise can read your store’s metafields and build the exact row list for you — so you never have to hunt for a field key or guess its type. Then paste the rows into the Sidewise — Add to compare block in the theme editor.

Open the Sidewise — Add to compare block in the theme editor and enter these in order. Leave Suffix blank unless you want a unit (e.g.
V,kg).Want price or another built-in field too? Add it as an extra row with Source = Standard (for example, key
